Hi there I’m Keri. I’m a Registered Kinesiologist with a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology. I have received special education in pelvic health with various certificates from Pelvic Health Solutions (PHS), Bellies Inc., Antony Lo Physio Detective, Learn with Diane Lee, and Julie Wiebe PT. I have been working with pre and postpartum women for almost 15 years now and have been focusing on pelvic health and core re-training since 2018.


I specialize in prenatal exercise and postpartum recovery, run online group exercise classes, provide pelvic floor exercise therapy, and programs for specific aches and pains of pregnancy such as back, hip and pelvic pain.
