Hi there I’m Keri. I’m a Registered Kinesiologist with a Master of Science Degree in Kinesiology. I have received special education in pelvic health with various certificates from Pelvic Health Solutions (PHS), Bellies Inc., Antony Lo Physio Detective, Learn with Diane Lee, and Julie Wiebe PT. I have been working with pre and postpartum women for almost 14 years now and have being focusing on pelvic health and core re-training since 2018.
I specialize in prenatal exercise and postpartum recovery, run online group exercise classes, provide pelvic floor therapy, and programs for specific aches and pains of pregnancy such as back, hip and pelvic pain.
Nearly 3/4 of women have core and/ pelvic floor issues at some point in their lifetime. Women who have given birth are often more affected. If you have been feeling depressed, frustrated, embarrassed, or simply lost when it comes to exercise or your activities of daily living because you are having symptoms like leaking or back pain; just know that there is help and you are not alone.
Become "pelvic wise" and learn to use your core optimally so that your whole body can move better and be pain free, allowing you to get back to doing the things you love with confidence. All movement starts at the core!
Thorough initial assessment to address specific issues you may be dealing with and get started on treatment with an individualized exercise program.
Follow up sessions are booked as needed to assess progress and adjust your program to reach your goal.

Minimal equipment needed: a mat, a stability ball, chair, resistance band/light dumbbells and you're all set!
